When the assessment begins and when it ends:
Candidates register on day 1 at 11:30 a.m., lunch follows at 12:00 p.m., and the opening session of the assessment center begins at 1:00 p.m. The assessment concludes by 11:30 a.m. on the last day. Assessors begin with training on day 1 at 9:00 a.m. Lunch is provided on day 1, but not on the last day. You may purchase a ticket for lunch on the last day at the Kraft Centre Registration Desk if you desire.
Overall cost:

$1,000 for the candidate and spouse (if married) includes housing, meals, assessment inventories/instruments and counseling. This does NOT include transportation to and from the conference.

$100/person scholarship is available for candidates and their spouses if they are traveling more than 400 miles from the conference center.

$300 fee if there is no assessor (no sending agency).

$200/person cancelation fee (to cover the assessment instruments), but this may be transferred to a future assessment date.

$30 shuttle service (per person each way) from Appleton airport or $120 per couple, round trip.

There is no charge for the assessor, sent by the sending agent, but he or she must provide transportation to and from the assessment.
Children and the assessment:
Because the assessment is extremely intense and in view of the fact that the assessment is of both the candidate and the spouse, it is strongly recommended that children not come with the parents. We suggest a candidate/couple have a grandparent, family member or close friend care for your children at home.
The candidate’s spouse:
The spouse is “required” to come along (there are some rare exceptions).
